What do you do with the information provided about my child to personalize their personalized letter from santa/nice list certificate/tooth fairy letter?

We use the information you provide about your child which is limited to the following: First and last name, gender accomplishments, Christmas wishes, something to work on, reference name, reference gender, mailing address, & object in the child's room solely for the purpose of customizing the order to your specification and shipping it to the child directly from the north pole. This information is not used for any other purposes and is not disclosed or shared with any other parties. If you object to this use of information, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records. What is your refund/cancellation policy?

NorthPoleLetters.com will refund and cancel your order if notice is received prior to the letter being mailed. If notice of cancellation is received after the letter has been mailed, NorthPoleLetters.com will not issue a refund for the letter.

How long does it take to receive a letter from Santa?

Letters ordered within the continental United States may take 5-10 business days to arrive. If you would like your letter sooner, please select expedited shipping at checkout!

Can I put more than one child in the same letter?

We are only offering letters that are addressing one child at this time. Multiple family members cannot be inserted in the same letter.

How long will it take my Tooth Fairy Package to arrive?

We recommend that you order the Tooth Fairy package when your child gets a loose tooth (Shipping may take 5-7 business days in the Continental United States). The package will be addressed to the parent/guardian in an unmarked envelope to be discreet since your child could lose their tooth at any time.

What should I do once I receive the Tooth Fairy Package?

The Tooth Fairy package will come addressed to the parent/guardian and will include an instruction sheet. The instructions will explain how and when to place each item to make the most magical experience for your child.
